Students who study on their own expense must register at the universities listed in the below ministry study lists at the study mode of "own expense" and not study in any of (online) programs.
Equivalence of a certificate from any university listed or not in the own expense lists will not take place without obtaining prior approval from the Department of University Certificate Equivalency.
