If password to access account is forgotten, follow the following steps

 

1- Select "Forgot Password".

 

2- Enter QID number, enter "Captcha Code" as it appears on the screen, and click "Next".

 

 

3- Select your mobile phone number or select "Add New Number" to replace the registered number in the system, provided the new mobile phone number is registered under their name with the telecommunications company, and then click "Next".

 

 

 

4- Enter activation code sent in a text message to the registered mobile phone number, or to the newly added mobile number, then enter new password twice, (password must be 8 characters long including upper-case letters, lower-case letters, numbers, and special characters.)
