The Ministry of Education and Higher Education issues equivalency to various levels of university degrees in accordance with the Ministry’s laws and regulations, and pursuant to Qatar’s policy on educational outcomes and qualifications obtained by students from various educational institutions around the world.

The Ministry does not issue equivalency for security or military qualifications certificates, training courses of any duration, or vocational certificates, except for professional/executive masters and professional doctorate DBA as per Paragraph 4 of Article 3 of Chapter 1 of the Cabinet Resolution No. 3 of 2017 on Issuing Regulation of University Degree Equivalency and as amended.
