Delegation:

It is the scholarship of the non- employed student on the government scholarship entity since the beginning of his studies for a bachelor's degree, while the employed student is delegated for postgraduate studies only if he/she meets the terms and conditions. 

Inclusion:

It is the inclusion of the non-employed student to complete his studies for the bachelor’s degree at the expense of government scholarship if he/she meets the conditions of inclusion.
